If for any reason you are not satisfied, our Returns & Exchanges policy is designed to make the process as seamless and worry-free as the trust you place in us.
Our Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of the date you receive your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health, safety, and integrity of our products, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Earrings (for hygienic reasons)
- Hair Accessories
- Any item that has been personalized, engraved, or otherwise altered from its original state.
This is in line with our commitment to quality and care, ensuring that every product our community receives is pristine and perfect.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Please follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.
- Wait for Instructions: Our customer care team will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Authorization Number and instructions on where to send your package. Returns sent without this authorization cannot be processed.
- Ship the Item: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging and mail them to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it arrives back to us.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund within 5 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received the wrong item).
Refund Timeline & Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) & PayPal: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange an item for a different size or color, subject to availability. The process for initiating an exchange is the same as for a return. Once we receive your original item, we will ship the new item to you. Standard shipping charges will apply for the new shipment.
