Shipping Information

Order Processing: All orders are processed with care within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Methods & Timelines: We offer two reliable shipping options to serve you better:

  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
    • A flat fee of $12.95 applies.
  • Free Shipping: Shipped via EMS for orders over $50.
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please note: We ship globally but are unable to deliver to parts of Asia and a few select remote regions.

Our Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If your purchase isn’t perfect, we’re here to make it right.

Policy Overview: We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of the date you receive your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Important Note on Non-Returnable Items: To ensure the health, safety, and integrity of our products, the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Earrings (for important hygienic reasons)
  • Hair Accessories
  • Any item that has been personalized, engraved, or altered from its original state.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, please email our customer care team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Authorization Number and the address to send your package. Returns sent without this authorization cannot be processed.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging and mail them to the address we provide. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it arrives back to us.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund within 5 business days and notify you via email.

Return Shipping Costs & Refunds

Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received the wrong item).

Refund Timeline & Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) & PayPal: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear on your statement. The timing depends on your bank or card issuer’s policies.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges: We are happy to exchange an item for a different size or color, subject to availability. The process is the same as for a return. Standard shipping charges will apply for the new shipment.
